Pant\u00e8ne, and L&#8217;Isule.<br \/>\nEach district has its own history and peculiarities, and I will take you on a journey through the centuries.    <\/p>\n<h3>Historical Monuments<\/h3>\n<p>  During the visit, we will admire some of Cisternino&#8217;s most important monuments, including:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Palazzo Amati<\/strong>: An elegant example of historic architecture.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clock Tower<\/strong>: A symbol of the city that marks time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Norman Swabian Tower<\/strong>: From which stands the statue of St. Nicholas Patara, protector of the city.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Local gastronomy<\/h3>\n<p>  Cisternino is famous for its cured meats and meat cooked in the typical &#8220;fornelli,&#8221;
